The Cripps Pink apple is more often known as the Pink Lady®, which is a trademarked name. In fact, it was one of the first apples to receive a registered name and to be marketed under that name. The Cripps Pink is a cross of the Golden Delicious and the Lady Williams varieties, with the botanical name Malus Domestica. It is also sometimes called the Queen of Apples.
